Dr. Jenny Porter (Class of ’83) will be giving a piano recital on Thursday, February 3rd.The recital is part of the Lecture / Recital program held in Avila, Carmelite Centre, Bloomfield Avenue, Morehampton Road, Donnybrook.
The evening begins at 7.00 p.m. with a lecture by Fr. Martin Henry (Maynooth) on the theme ‘Where is God Today?’ The piano recital will begin at 8.30 p.m., and will include works by Beethoven, Chopin and Mendelssohn. Music will also be provided by The Hampton Singers. It is possible to attend the musical part of the evening only if you wish. The suggested donation is €20.
